Terms of Use

These terms apply to theswampers.com, the official website of The Swampers, run by Copper Run Records LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. Contributions are also covered by our Contribution Terms, shop orders by our Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies, and our Privacy Notice explains how we handle information.

1. Who can use the site

Anyone can read the site. To place an order, create an account, make a contribution or send a partnership inquiry you must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms.

2. Your account

  • Accounts are free and optional. Use your own email address — one account per person.
  • Sign-in works through links sent to your email, so keep your email account secure. You're responsible for activity in your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

3. Using the site

Please don't:

  • break the law, or use the site to harass, defraud or harm anyone;
  • use someone else's email address or payment card without permission;
  • try to get into accounts, systems or data that aren't yours, or interfere with how the site works;
  • send spam or automated messages through our forms, or scrape the site.

4. Our content

The Swampers name, characters, artwork, music, videos, text and logos belong to Copper Run Records LLC or its licensors. You may share links and view content for personal use. Please don't copy, sell or reuse it — including on merchandise — without our written permission.

5. Other services

The site links to and embeds other services, such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music and Stripe. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we aren't responsible for them.

6. Buying from the Trading Post

  • Orders are for adults (see section 1) and ship within the United States only.
  • Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe, our payment processor, when you place the order, and appears on your card statement as COPPER RUN* SWAMPERS. Your receipt is emailed by Stripe from Copper Run Records.
  • Everything is printed when you order it, so all sales are final except as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which covers damaged, faulty and incorrect items. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
  • Most orders ship within a week and every order ships within 30 days; our Shipping policy has the details. Delivery times after shipping depend on the carrier.
  • Colours on screen and printed colours can differ slightly, and small variations in printing and placement are normal for printed-to-order goods.
  • We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is discontinued, a price is shown in error, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund it in full.

7. Partnership inquiries

Sending an inquiry doesn't create any agreement or obligation for either side. Any sponsorship or partnership happens only under a separate written agreement.

8. Disclaimers

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Plans for future music, videos, projects and campaigns can change.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute about these terms or the site will be decided by the state or federal courts in Davidson County, Tennessee, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and tell account holders by email about significant changes.
