Within the United States only — all fifty states, Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico. We can’t ship to other US territories or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses yet. Shipping policy

Everything is printed when you order it. Most orders ship within a week and every order ships within 30 days. You'll get a tracking link by email when it ships, then delivery time is up to the carrier.

One charge for the whole order, shown before you pay. It depends on what's in your cart, not where you live. Sales tax is worked out from the delivery address at checkout.

Write to support@theswampers.com straight away. If printing hasn’t started we’ll change or cancel it and refund you. Orders often go to print within hours, so sooner is better.

Your tracking link comes by email from our printing partner or the carrier — check your spam folder too. With a free account you can also see your orders in My Orders. Still stuck? Email support@theswampers.com with your order number.

Because each item is printed just for you, we can’t take returns for size or a change of mind. Every product has a size guide — measuring a favourite piece you already own is the best way to choose. Returns & Refunds

We’re sorry! Email support@theswampers.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or refund it, and if anything needs to come back we’ll send a prepaid label. Please don’t send anything back before you hear from us.

The Swampers is run by Copper Run Records LLC, which handles the shop and payments, so that's the name your bank shows.

Stripe, our payment processor, emails a receipt from Copper Run Records to the address you used at checkout — every time you're charged. Check your spam folder if it hasn't arrived.

Card details go straight to Stripe in a secure form. We never see or store your card number.

Please email support@theswampers.com before contacting your bank — we can usually match it to an order or contribution right away and sort out any mistake faster than a dispute can.

Anytime, from Manage my support or the link in your receipt email. You’ll get a sign-in code by email — no password needed. Cancelling stops future charges.

No. The Swampers is run by Copper Run Records LLC, a for-profit company, so contributions aren't charitable donations.

No. Accounts are free and optional — handy for seeing orders, managing support and choosing the emails you get. You sign in with a link sent to your email. You must be 18 or older to buy, contribute or create an account.

Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or change your choices in Email preferences. Receipts and order updates still come when you buy something.

No advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits anonymously to see which pages people read, and we skip that entirely if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Privacy Notice

The Swampers' world, on its own website (driftwoodbayou.com), with games and stories for the whole family. It has no accounts, no forms and no shop, and it doesn't collect information from anyone who visits.
